How Allmade Uses the Information That We Collect

When you create an account with Allmade, you are asked for personal information such as your name, email address, billing address, telephone number and credit card information. A credit card number is not required to sign up for an account, but is necessary to use our online store.  Allmade uses the information that Allmade collects only for uses related to your use of the Site, including product selection, billing verification and other similar activities. 

Security of Personal Information

The security of any personal information submitted through the Site is important to Allmade. That’s why Allmade uses secure server software (SSL), which is the e-commerce industry standard and encrypts all payment information when you make a purchase. Allmade also adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and provides encryption to protect your personal information. Allmade uses all commercially reasonable methods to protect your personal information, but no electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure and for this reason Allmade cannot guarantee  any absolute security.    

Necessary Disclosures

In some special circumstances such as complying with court orders requiring disclosures or if you violate the Terms of Use, Allmade may disclose information that may personally identify you or constitute personal information.

Cookies

Like many other brands, Allmade or service providers that Allmade works with, use automated technologies like cookies or web beacons, which may include an individual, anonymous identifying marker sent to your browser from the Site in the form of a small data file.  These files are stored on your computer and help Allmade identify you electronically when you visit Allmade.com. 

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard

Allmade only uses services that meet the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.  The PCI Security Council is a collaborative effort by the payment brands that handle sensitive, personal information and includes major companies like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  By following PCI-DSS requirements and only working with service providers equally committed to those standards, Allmade is doing Allmade’s part to help ensure that credit card information is securely handled. 

Modifications or Changes to Allmade’s Privacy Policy

Allmade reserves the right to modify Allmade’s privacy statement at any time without advanced notice.  Please review this and all Allmade policies as they may change.  Any material changes that are made to this policy will be noted on the Site.  Allmade also reserves to right, but is not obligated, to contact you by e-mail or by mail to inform you of any material changes made to this policy.
